i have recently gotten a quest in krokatopia that tells me to talk to khai amahte the great in balance school. i tried to find him in the school but he is not there, because of this we cannot access the vault of ice, which does not allow me to get the quest order of the fang. the order of the fang quest is the one we have to complete in order to move on to the next world. since i cant find khai amahte, i cannot get to the next world.

Which quest is it?
As for Khai, before he ends up in the Balance school you will have to go through quite a few quests in order to earn the "right" to fight him. He's a Life boss in the Grand Arena before he joins Alhazred and Shalek the Wise.
