I am life school level 41 and I have tried many times to beat Vognir Runethief. I have searched the forums for a couple days and there are no hints for life school. Can anyone give me a good strategy? Mark GreenDreamer
Well you need to have some good gear as I believe he has around 4,000 health. Being life you have the advantage of healing so if you ever get in a pinch use satyr. Also if you have a wizard up to celestia then you can give him some tc monstrous.

Yes, raise your level! I've found that all spell quests pit you against very, very tough bosses - the higher your level, the better chance you have beating them. Also Treasure Cards help & if you have the crowns; a henchman ( or 2 ) also gives an edge.
Thank you very much, I managed to beat him, here is what I did, in case others need help. I went in and used my sprite minion, making them concentrate on her. I did not bother with Vognir, but instead killed his minion. I immediately fleed and used a potion, returning so that I only fought Vognir alone. A few heals and blades and traps and he was toast :)
