Account Management Problem

I'm not too sure if this is the right place for this but it's the closest thing ive found. So a few days ago I came back to this game after a long time, however when I did I noticed that I could not get into the account to update my email because of a parental password that my mother does not remember. So that's my situation, I have no access to the email linked to the account and cannot change it due to being locked out by a parental password that no one knows the password to. I have sent a ticket in trying to get help however it has been a few days and I have herd no response on the indicated email. I am mainly trying to contact the devs to help me on this one but I would appreciate any advice coming from other users. Thank you for your time and any help you could give me! :)

Your mom can contact them by sending a ticket herself. She is the one who needs to verify who she is and reset the password.
