I was experimenting with some stuff one day and i found the fire spell Backdraft does not stack if you also apply a potent version, no idea how long this has been this way but i just wanted to point it out.
as I recall, somebody on this forum stated that they got the item version to stack, but yes, the regular + potent does not. I had asked about this ages ago when going for my one in a million hit on my fire
