You could get them by doing a treasure card trade with someone that has them. Try going to the bazaar and asking if anyone has the cards you are looking for for a trade.

What you need to do is go to the gardener (i forgot his name lol) in Golem Court and buy his gardening spells. Then if you need extra spells that the WC gardener doesn't have, go to Krok if you have access to it, and buy some more from the gardener (Charlie or something) there.
