Hello everyone :) I have recently found a bug with the "Earn Crowns" button in game where specifically it tells you to watch "1 Minute" of the video and it doesn't reward you. Is anyone else having this same issue? Thanks :)
"Sometimes there is a small delay between watching videos and Crowns being added to your account. In rare cases, it may be longer than a day before you get your new Crowns."
If it's been longer than 24-48 hours, please contact Customer Support.
I am having issue with earning crowns as well. When I click on the button it tells me to watch a short video and then says it is not available at this time. I have done it before but now it won't even let me watch any videos even though they do seem to load up in the background.
