Mellori still appears

On my max myth, every time I visit Polaris, Mellori still appears. Does anyone else have this experience still?

Ivan and Mellori follow some of my characters, then they disappear when I go on others. It's been a bug since the world first came out.

I have yet to get that far but have been seeing an NPC in the bazaar by that name when I port in using my crafted tapestry. The NPC is there when I arrive but disappears quickly after. Took me several trips to get the name so I could search it out and nothing I found even suggests this character can be found in the bazaar...
