I see River of Frozen Tears, but I don't see the need for Urville Station?

I was farming the watch lions for mega snacks and there is also a roaming boss in that area. It's just annoying you have to go to the harbor or refill potions constantly

I have been through the world 3 times now on different characters, and I have not ever seen a health wisp in the River of Frozen Tears or Urville Station.

Its a big theory to get us to us the potions they handed out when we were baby wizard they want our gold and wont take no for an answer

I think that maybe some of the very health wispy areas make up for the weak health wisp areas.

Agreed, especially Urville Station, that is a struggle as far as wisps go
