Order at Last not given?

Today i got back on my storm and got to the Krokosphinx finally. But when i talked to Alhazred to get Order at Last all he said was "Greetings." and it ended there. All i could do was go into the balance training menu. Please help me!

Fangdango was the quest i was on, but when i turned it in Alhazred just said "Greetings." and i didn't get the next quest.
