So I have about three quests that tell me to go into the Plaza of conquests. All the other available quests are side quests. And yet, when I go to the portal (not sure what else to call it) it's empty and I can't go into the area. Help!
the plaza of conquest is just off the atheneum, you can look at the map in you spell book. the necropolis is on the other side of the plaza of conquest, and that has the 2nd portal in the basilica.
