how do i get the quest to get to vestrilund? and by the way i haven't unlocked ravenscar. please help

I'm not sure i suppose you keep doing your grizzleheim storyline and you should get there

Yeah you continue the grizzleheim questline and then you get to wintertusk, which is Hrundle Fjord, then Austrilund, then Vestrilund. If you want to get there to farm Halfang, then I suggest farming erling the unready. He has better drops that sell for a lot.
