my sister is level 48 myth. she's went through the first two levels of moonclaw's tower and defeated the enemies and now she has one more floor i think but the problem is the door to go up is still locked and won't let her through. does anyone know why?

From what I remember on that quest, there is nothing special about going to the third floor.
Sometimes on quests like this, it is just a matter of walking around close to the area near the door, until an "x" appears to open the door. Hope this helps.
