What level can Wizards travel to Zafaria? I am currently level 59 and I want to know how many more times I will have to complete CL side quests to level up in order to resume the storyline. Please reply, guys!

The "Welcome to Zafaria" post at the very top of this section of the Message Boards states:

If you are a level 60 Wizard and have successfully completed the quest "Through This Door" speak to Merle Ambrose in his tower in Wizard City.

I suggest you spend some time making sure you've unlocked Wintertusk by way of Grizzleheim...it will become important very soon.

Just a note, if you haven't already, WinterTusk gives INSANE XP to level up.
