My character is level 46 and I haven't done any of Grizzleheim. How much of the world needs to be done until I can get "The King and I" quest? I have access to Nidavellir, but I don't have the quests for it.

Level 20 – Trade Voyage (go to Northguard and Savarstaad Pass) Level 25 – Lending a Paw (go to Vigrid Roughland) Level 30 – Full Grizzle Jacket (go to Mirkholm Keep) Level 40 – The King and I (talk to Valgard GoldenBlade). He gives you “The Bigger They Are” (go to Nidavellier to defeat Jotun)

Then comes Ravenscar and Wintertusk.

Well Honeybee is right.you have to finish savastaad pass, vigrid rouglund, then Mirkholm keep. Then you will be told to defeat Jotun. For Jotun I suggest doing the dungeons next to his first and defeat his brothers first,bring a friend, then defeat Jotun.You must be at least level 40 to defeat him.
