Please note that in order to receive a drop from a boss or chest loot a number of conditions must be met at the specific time of the defeat of the boss and all of their minions.
You must:
Be present in the dungeon
Be present in the casting circle
Be able to cast
Further:
If you flee at any time you could lose all of your progress and the ability to gain any loot.
This is especially important during one-shot dungeons.
You will need to make allowance for defensive as well as offensive strategies to make sure you don't miss out on loot by fleeing.
If the above conditions apply to your situation, support will be unable to provide you with loot drops or replacements of one-shot dungeons.
As was stated long ago:
"If you voluntarily flee a dungeon, you will lose all progress, not be able to join the other wizards you left and have to start over."
Dungeons must be completed to get full credit. Logging out, leaving through the Dungeon entrance, going to another dungeon, playing a Mini-game, going to a PvP or Derby match, or going to your home will reset the Dungeon (or in the case of one-shot dungeons, close the dungeon permanently). Leaving any other way gives you 30 minutes to return before the Dungeon resets.
We recommend you stay until you are defeated rather than flee so you don't lose your progress.
