Quests: Keeper Of The Fang

In Krokotopia, I ran into the quest 'Keeper Of The Fang.'. What I really don't get is the mysteries part. Does anybody else have that problem or at least can help me with what that means? Thank you very much! :D

There are three bosses to defeat and do their puzzles before you can unlock the Vault and defeat the Keeper of the Fang.
