Strange Island

So I went to the secret shop through the portal thing (for no reason I was just bored ). When I went on top of the shop where the trainer is I noticed that there was another island that seemed to have another shop on it. I was wondering if there was any way to get to the island.

If this is in krokotopia then its the tomb of storms which is the last place you go to for krokotopia

If I remember right. You went to it in a test realm but that story line was removed. Who knows may be used for a future expansion.
