Can anyone help me do the big ben quest?

I can never get to meowiarty because there's to many bad guys to defeat before, and I can't handle all of them in a row. Can someone help

Kill a couple levels, port back to regent square, refill health and mana/potions. Repeat when needed. You can do it aloneif you don't find help.
