I am a lvl 47 ice. I always hang out with my close friends. But now I am still on Marley bone I am on the 15th mission there. I cannot complete anything or unlock spells. If you can help please reply.
This is what happens when you don't follow the storyline, young Wizard.
You need to complete the main quest "Password, Please!" that was given to you by Ms. Marphely in Chelsea Court. From there you have a lot of work to do, so I suggest you stay on track and complete the tasks you are given before you leap ahead to zones for which you are not ready.

You've gotta complete the bigben quest in the royal muesum. Try visiting the marleybone prison to get some quests to lead up to the bigben quest.
(p.s. when you enter big ben fill up all of your potions and use them wisely.)
