Cant get to marley bone

I just earned marley bone, but it wont let me get there. I had earned wysteria before marley bone and it takes up it slot, is this the reason it wont let me get there

Young Wizard, you are quite far from earning your way to Marleybone. You haven't completed your required tasks in Krokotopia yet.

You need to speak to General Khaba in the Hall of Champions to obtain the quest "Blades of Ice" which will continue the required storyline in Krokotopia.

I even have the mission marleybone call. so I cant do it until I do that quest?

"Marleybone Calling" is the Crafting Quest, not the quest to enter the world. Here's more info on that "Marleybone Calling" quest: http://www.wizard101central.com/wiki/Quest:Marleybone_Calling

And, yes, you need to complete all your required mainline story tasks in Krokotopia before you can move on to Marleybone, and just so you know up front, you will also be required to complete mainline story quests in Marleybone before you can move on to MooShu, and so forth.
