I got the bone dragon mount on my level 9 wizard by a drop from Kestrel Blackstorm. I did it on my level 9 because I read to get the mount you have to be in a certain level range to get it. In other words, you need a challenge. I was wondering if that was true, or if someone got it as a higher level wizard.
You are correct- there are lots of threads right now asking questions like this and I wish KI would re-release the official statement on level requirements for the bone dragon, because we keep having to refer to W101 Central posts that restate what the official forum post said before it was deleted or something.
