I am trying to play with my Storm wizard and I am at the part where I have to defeat Master Tonkatsu. What is the best way to defeat him sole? Also being at level 28

First, use a storm convert.
Use ALL your traps and blades.
Then, when you are at max pips use a Tempest.

I didn't do it until level 40 and still died.
