Pira'nya scissor teeth

So I dont know if its through bad luck or the drop rate is really really really low, but I've been fighting the Pira'nya scissor teeth for an hour an a half (No, not an exaggerated number) and have only collected one of the two scissor teeth spears i need. It's a quest thats way longer than it should be
