Marleybone is the world after Krokotopia, and if you only have the tomb of storms left, then you are not far from the end of Krok. So you can finish your spell quest once you get there.
Alternatively, if you can't stand the wait, you can find a higher level friend who already has access to Marleybone, and ask them to let you port to them.
