This isn't really difficult at all - especially for Life - you just have to plan ahead...
Load your deck with your highest attack cards, blades and traps as well. Use shields. Make sure you have sprite and fairy cards in your deck. Load at at least one minion since you're having difficulties. If your secondary school is not Fired, load some of those cards as well if you feel you must. Make sure you have the best gear possible for your level.
