According to the quest finder I've finished Grizzleheim, but I'm unable to enter Ravenscar, I have a membership what gives. thanks Please help

When you are Level 40 you will be able to begin the quest "The King and I" from Bjorn Ironclaws which will lead to unlocking Ravenscar.

Thank you one more question what level must I be in order to do a quest that has been assigned, namely my life teacher gave ma a quest to moshu, but I am not able to go to that world, right now im level 39 thanks
