I am on level 39 and still I have not got the quest from baldur to get the spell dark pact -Colin Darkcrafter magus necromancer
have you completed the requirements? You can't just pop into Grizzleheim and do that one quest...you pretty much have to almost finish it first. You have to complete Mirkholm Keep before gaining access to your level 35 spell.
