Where is the place where it SNOWS in Krokotopia?

I got this amazing lute wand the other day that plays music! I got it in a place where there is snow in Krokotopia ~ but I can't remember where! Does anyone know where it snows in Krokotopia?

You may be talking about the place with the dungeon that you get the lamba of harmony badge... sorry if that didn't make sense.
