The pictures on the wall in the Hall of Divination show some very interesting locations. Particularly the ones on the left as you enter. Judging by the flying ships and promenantly featured sky-storm in one of the pictures, it seems that this is either Empyrea, or something for Pirate101. It could be both, but I'm really just pointing it out here.
