Malistare drops worth it?

Hi, I wanna know if its worth farming Malistare over and over again.

In my opinion it's not. I have gotten good drops along my journey of the spiral and just yesterday beat Malistare and sold all the stuff I got from him. I even have better backups than what he dropped. If you would like to just sell the stuff you get from him, then it might be worth farming him.
