Hi,I really need help.I'm level 11 and I don't know if I could go to different worlds.I even got membership for 1 month.I have a quest to go to the oasis in Krokotopia.I already checked with Merle Ambrose to see if he could let me go there,but there wasn't a quest,and/or he didn't say anything about it.What should I do?

You have to complete the main storyline quests until you the quest "Krokotopia". That quest will give you the spiral key and lead you to Krokotopia. You can find full details here:
