Runedown quest not showing

I am new to posting in the forum but I figured I would give it a shot, I am a level 82 storm wizard and I have completed Wintertusk but the quest Runedown has not shown up. Did I do something wrong? Please help me.

You have completed the quest "The Runedown" on your level 82 storm wizard. Is there another quest you are trying to complete that requires the Runedown?

Your next spell quest is Kapiti Plain from Halston Balestrom.
