As you all may know, Polaris is full of wonders and amazing gears such as the Bolstered ward amulets and the Majoris wands and boots, the insane stat decks, but what I want to know is why the power pip percentage is practically extinct.
Storm players such as I need power pips, for they are crucial for our Tempests, our Supercharges and Sirens. But this new Polarian-gear has caused players a power pip loss. For instance, many storm wizards had about 110% at level 100. But now, the wands, the boots, the amulets, the decks, the everything only provide half of that. Like the rings infamous Omen Stribog drops which give about 92% storm critical, they give no power pip percentage. The rings are crucial to power pips. Like Aphrodite's Greenbrier band or Bedlam band, they give reasonable critical and also power pip percentage. Why can't the new Polarian bosses drop such wonderful rings? Stribog and Baba Yaga's rings they drop don't even include 1% of the power pips. They are harder than the Tendrils in Darkmoor, so why can't they have power pip percentage on rings, or other things like Triangle sockets for Power Pip Percentage?
