My wizard is level 27 , i have completed the quest with Bjorn IronClaws and told him about the entire Ander's Holt fight with the red claw and fought Ivan, and Bjorn told me i still need to gain more recognition before i can speak to the king, but after he says that he doesn't say anything else.
