This link to one of the fansites shows all of the quests (Main, Side, Crafting) for Dragonspyre:

On that list, you can click on the items for more details (like "who" gives the quest, requirements and prequests, etc.)

I don't know what quests you still have in your Log File. You can scroll down to The Labyrinth to see what you might still need to do (prequests).
