What is the quest you have to do so you can go to mooshu? Also I found the meowiarty hideout but it doesnt say quest completed

my life wizard had trouble find it when it was right there and defeating meowarty gets you to mooshu
marcus lotus shard lvl 37 and Justin lvl 20
