How to get into Reavenscar

I'm just wondering how to get into ravenscar, i finished everything else ( sides and all) and i still haven't gotten in

Be level 40 and complete the Jotun quest line.

You don't indicate your level, but that could be an issue.

Well you need to finish everything including Mirkholm and then you will grt the quest The King And I. You will have to defeat Jotun. I recommend doing the dungeons beside his and defeat his brothers first.
