Reagent Recipe Vendor

Hi, I am in krokotopia right now, and I once saw a reagent recipe vendor there and I can't find him/her now. This recipe vendor sells recipes to make reagents. Anybody know where he/she is?

The way my screen is hat there is only five helpful vendors that i can see there is no more on my screen.

hi Professor Greyrose I I'm in krock at the moment and I want to know, when i'm done with krock, if i should just move on to marelybone or go to grizzleheim. and Is it ok if i just quest in grizzleheim when i need a new spell from grizzlehiem
