Hello I am a level 49 pyromancer and I still do not have the fire dragon spell yet because I mist a side quest, so when I go to Mrs. Felmea she told me to go to Krokotopia but first talk to Bernie, so when I got Bernie he has nothing to say or have excelmation mark I might have to make a new wizard or just not play at all seriously I am frustrated. porfessor Greyrose showed me something but it did not help and I looked in my journal bot nothing, can somebody please, please, plaese help me. Come on Kingsile please help me, I am loosing my patients. PS I am in Celestia and do not have a level 48 spell boo-hoo.

(you may need to go back several steps to find what you missed) If you've done this and still can't get the quest from Prof. Falmea, send a report to support for goodness sake.

It sounds like you are confusing your Level 38 and your Level 48 spell quests.
This link shows the quest that starts you on your Level 48 spell quest:
That quest starts by telling you to "talk to Bernie", then go to the Forlorn Tower in Firecat Alley. Did you finish this quest? If not, you can't start working on your Level 48 spell quest yet. The end of this quest - "Fire Creature Feature" - leads you to your Level 48 spell quest.
