You can farm a boss for the gold, areas. (Or if you dont wanna burn up crowns on areas, get a membership if you havent already.)

All depends on how often you can afford a membership. If you can get a memebrship every month then dont waste crowns on areas. Some people like to buy areas but they have to save crowns to buy the next area and so on. So it comes down to what you can afford. I used to buy areas alot until i figured it was cheaper to buy the membership. But in the long run it is cheaper to buy areas because you play for free after youve purchased all of them.
