Try defeting the "normal"monster first, then try Mr.Incinerator.You can also try defeting him with his opposite school. Ex:life and death, fire and ice, or myth and storm, but, unfourtnantly, balance has no opposite.
My friend needed help with mr.incinerator when he was level 28 but then when i tried to teleport,it said he was busy. You have to do him yourself like golem tower. My friend defeated him only when he got the spell phoenix. Hope this helps!
