Oasis beetle problem?

So I noticed that for my quest to find the beetles It said that I haven't found the one next to the libary in the Oasis even tho I go there once a week. I never said I got it? Please help. KI I really love this game this is the only and best game that there is!!! Please help.

There are two beetles in the oasis, one likes to read, and it sounds like you've already found that one. The other likes to shop...

i can't get the one by the enterance to the tomb of storms help!

why not? All you have to do is walk/ride over to it. Unless of course you don't have access yet, in which case you need to do your story line quests to gain access to the tomb of storms.
