Questhelper not working?

So, the other night I logged off to go to bed. When I came back the next day, my little arrow wasn't there. So I went to the Quest tab and clicked the one I was working on and nothing happened, no matter how many times I clicked it. Any help?

If you were chatting and hit the "t" key you may have turned it off.
The "t" key turns on/off questhelper.
