Katzenstein's Lab help, anyone?

I can be on about 4:00 PM Pacific Time, and it's about the only thing I have left in MB besides Kensington. I really need help, please :-(

The only quests I've left is in the lab, I've been almost everywhere else, and completed all my quests, but the only way for me to get into the lab is to port to a friend. Is there a reason I can't get into it?

Hmm, I'm not sure....

I finished it with a group of friends though.
