When I look at my character, I noticed that the chat bubble indicates that I cannot read open chat. I can speak open chat, just not read it. How do I become able to read the open chat?
On the accounts page, the open chat selection says that it is for those accounts 18 and up, that have a previous credit card purchase, and a subscription. I am over 18, and I purchased my subscription with a credit card. Is there anything else I need to do?
