HELP! amarinthe staff problem

well my friend has a magazine and it had the code for the amarinthe staff code.... it was a long snipet of numbers but I entered them it said the reward had already been claimed And I never claimed it can someone please helpme

you said it was your friends magazine, if so he might of used the code first and those codes can only be used once

I had this same problem with a magazine I bought right off the shelf.

The folks at Beckett [eventually] fixed it.
