Bug Parchment not in the bag

I found Parchment in the Grand Arena. It shows in my speach box, but not in my reagents bag? This has happened twice.

I found a bug in grizzleheim

when i went to face a boss i took him down. then the grendle next to him... well... i attack him didn't quite kill him and he was laying on the ground.
like he was suffering my attack. anohter time was when i left the building of the boss, and i got in a fight with some more grendles. when i attack thi time he didn't lay down but he was flying he was hovering where he stood. if anyone else has had thease problems please reply

Have you reached the max amount of Reagents you can carry? I believe it is 999, if so, you will not get credit further until you empty via crafting or selling.
