OK, Lame Boss Drops

OK.

My Life/Death mage has beaten Malistaire six times now. Of those six trys to get the robes for my life I have recieved drops (from Malistaire)

3 Crates of chickens
2 Ruined Paintings
1 Malistaire Drake dagger that gives good pips and incoming life boost

The dagger is good, but...

"You just beat the big bad boss and all you get is a crate of chickens"

What's wrong with this picture?!?!?!?!

i know i got a myth hat thats gives me 66 health i am always getting junk like that :(

I'm with you all the way on this one, after 8 tries this is what I've come up with.

3 Malistaire's Iceflame Tunics
3 Crates of Chickens
1 Ruined Painting
1 Malistaire Drake's Ruby Signet

OK, if Malistaire has like 12 or so different things he can drop, why is he dropping Crates of Chickens almost half the time for me? KI, this is a problem that needs to be fixed. Going through an 1-2 hour long instance just to receive a Crate of Chickens, or any furniture item for that matter, isn't right. I say that all furniture items be removed from Malistaire's drop list, that should make things better.

i been tryin to kill death oni for the sword for days! and no sword
and one more thing i forgot where to go when to look at the drops on the wizard101 website mad about that but happy i got a sword

i did the same thing but i am stoorm i fought him 8 times to get the robe even though i cant wear it i will be able to eventually

Ruined painting is not a lame drop. Think about this: would you rather spend 5000 crowns or get it for free from Malistaire as a drop?
Hint: the answer is to get it as a drop ;)
