When I reached level 50 (or at least I assume it's because I reached level 50 since this happened at that exact moment I advanced levels), I received a tutorial tip from Simeon telling me to meet him when I can. When I saw him, he had nothing to say, and I'm not sure what's supposed to happen.
He just likes to remind everyone that they can now buy Castles & Lands housing. Sorry if he's repetitive, since he lost his last name, he's having trouble remember who he's told about housing and who he hasn't told.
