is there any way u can change ur characters hair color or anything after you have already started playing?

Not any way that I know about; but maybe if enough of us players ask for it, they might consider opening a version of the Dye Shop for the Wizards themselves....

we totally need a barber/beauty shop...maybe the same basic colors & styles you get when you create your character could be available for gold, and special/ limited ones for crowns :D
